Action Team for Partnerships

Our dedicated Academic Team Partners (ATP) meets once a month to collaboratively work on initiatives aimed at helping our students achieve their educational goals. We firmly believe that a supportive community plays a crucial role in the success of our students.

What Does ATP Do?

Our focus is on creating an inclusive and welcoming school environment for families while actively engaging them and the broader community in ways that directly support student achievement and overall success. To accomplish this, each school's Family & Community Engagement (FCE) team, under the umbrella of ATP, undertakes the following activities:

1. Yearly Planning: We develop a comprehensive one-year plan for partnerships, aligning our activities with specific goals outlined in the School Improvement Plan. This ensures that our efforts are targeted and purposeful.

2. Integration: We integrate all family and community involvement activities conducted by teachers and various school groups into our one-year action plan. This synergy allows us to maximize our impact.

3. Recognition: We actively recruit and recognize teachers, partners, and community members who show leadership and participate in family and community involvement activities. Your contributions are valued and acknowledged.

4. Implementation: We take charge of implementing, coordinating, publicizing, and overseeing all planned involvement activities. This ensures that our initiatives run smoothly and effectively.

5. Monitoring and Assessment: We continuously monitor progress, assess the strengths and weaknesses of implemented involvement activities, document results, and promptly address any challenges that may arise. This commitment to evaluation allows us to refine our strategies for the benefit of our students.
